OREGON-IDAHO UTILITIES, INC. Oregon-Idaho Utilities announces the availability of Lifeline telephone and broadband service for qualifying low income Oregon customers. Lifeline is a GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM that is non-transferable. This program is limited to one discount per household, consisting of either wireline, wireless, or broadband service. Oregonians who receive one of the qualifying benefits may receive up to a $12.75 reduction in their monthly bill for local residential telephone service or up to a $9.25 reduction in their monthly bill for broadband service Proof of eligibility may be necessary for enrollment.
