Lifeline is a GOVERNMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM that is non-transferable. This program is limited to one discount per household, consisting of either wireline, wireless, or broadband service. Oregonians who receive one of the qualifying benefits may receive up to a S12.75 reduction in their monthly bill for local residential telephone service or up to a $9.25 reduction in their monthly bill for broadband service.
