Dr. John H Phillips is changing Medical Practice. Beginning in March 2021, Dr. John Phillips will be changing his medical practice.
His long standing medical clinic at 1037 SW 5th Ave in Ontario will be closing and he will focus his practice in medical consultation and endoscopic procedures.
He is currently a medical consultant at the Malheur Memorial Health Clinic in Nyssa and Pioneer Place Rehab in Vale. He will be able to see a limited number of patients at his Wednesday clinic in Nyssa.
Office charts and advice for transferring care to another provider will begin in February.
