Oregon Customer Rates to Benefit from Tax Reform All of Idaho Power's Oregon customers will receive a rate benefit resulting from recent federal tax rate changes, effective June 1. The overall annual benefit from tax reform is approximately $1.48 million. For residential customers, this change will result in a 2.56-percent reduction from current rates. Also effective June 1 for all Oregon customers are rate changes for the annual power cost adjustments and for the planned early cessation of operations at the Boardman and North Valmy power plants. The June 1 impact of tax reform and the other changes to rates for all Oregon customer dlasses are included in the table below.
